Victory Outreach Chino Music Ministry equips passionate musicians and worshipers to use their gifts for God’s glory. We partner with our pastoral leadership to create an atmosphere of worship that prepares hearts to receive God’s Word. Committed to excellence, holiness, and spiritual growth, our desire is to usher in God’s presence and impact lives through worship.

The Victory Cafe exists to create a warm and welcoming place where people can gather, enjoy fellowship, and build meaningful connections. Through serving others—from hospitality to coffee service—we cultivate a spirit of love and excellence. This ministry also helps develop leadership and life skills such as teamwork, communication, and hospitality, equipping individuals for future opportunities both in and outside the church.

The Victory Outreach Chino Media Team exists to advance the vision of our local church through creativity and excellence. We are committed to training, equipping, and developing team members to reach their God-given potential in media ministry. By providing the right tools and guidance, we empower our team to grow, serve effectively, and make a lasting impact.

The Victory Outreach Chino Safety Team is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for our entire congregation. By monitoring and securing church grounds during all services, our team helps ensure that individuals and families can worship with peace of mind in a protected and welcoming atmosphere.

The Guest Experience Ministry exists to ensure every person feels welcomed, valued, and loved from the moment they arrive. Our heart is that guests encounter God’s love and power throughout their time with us and leave feeling informed, connected, and confident about their next steps. We desire to help individuals and families make Victory Outreach Chino their home as they begin their journey with Jesus.

Next Gen is dedicated to teaching children the love of God while providing a safe, caring, and engaging environment for every family. Our teams come together in prayer and preparation to create meaningful experiences through worship, lessons, activities, and age-appropriate fun. From check-in to pick-up, our heart is to partner with families and help children grow in their faith while feeling loved, supported, and well cared for.

Our Junior High Service is a dynamic gathering designed especially for students in grades 6–8. This service provides a fun, safe, and faith-filled environment where students can connect with friends, grow in their relationship with God, and discover how His Word applies to their everyday lives.

High School Impact is all about equipping and inspiring teens to become leaders in their schools, communities, and faith. We meet the real needs of high schoolers, help them grow in confidence and character, and create a space where they can thrive, have fun, and make a difference.

G.A.N.G. (God’s Anointed Now Generation) is built on the belief that God is raising up young people right now. We provide meaningful opportunities for students and young adults to grow, serve, and make a difference in their generation while discovering their purpose and calling in Christ.
